When it is time to wash your clothes, machine wash cold with detergent appropriate for the washing machine and maybe even made specifically for fitness clothes. Fitness clothing detergents usually have extra odor and stain fighters in them. Making a dedicated “fitness clothes” load is preferable so that you can make sure that all the clothes are accounted for and get the right detergent and treatment as well as saving you the need to sort them out of your regular laundry. Then skip the dryer and hang them up in a well-ventilated but shady area so that they can dry but not get bleached by the sun. Luckily, drying quickly is just what these clothes are made for, so it should only take a few hours.
